Monthly sales figures for the month of December 2020 are released by TRREB (Toronto Region Real Estate Board).
With the latest sales figures for November 2020, it seems as if the continuous double-digit upward trend, both in home sales and prices, is unstoppable.
November residential sales have once again shown us a double-digit upward trend by having more than 24% more sales compared with the same month a year ago in November 2019. Seasonally adjusted sales compared with last month were slightly down (-2.1%).

The month of October has shown a consistent double-digit upward trend both in home sales and prices.
October Sales went up more than 25% compared with the same month a year ago in October 2019. The overall sales were slightly down (-4%) compared to last month.

Monthly sales figures for the month of August 2020 are released by TRREB (Toronto Region Real Estate Board).
The month of August has shown another steep upward trend both in home sales and prices.
August Sales went up a whopping 40.3% compared with the same month a year ago in August 2019. It went further up by 10.5% from last month, July 2020, which had already seen a surge in home sales by 29.5% compared to the month of June 2020.

The report shows a continuing upward trend in sales as well as the average selling price.
Sales went up a whopping 49.5% compared to the last month of June while it went up by 29.5% compared to the same month last year.
The average sales price recorded a distinct 17% increase while it went up by 5.5% comparing to last month this year.

I have been consistently saying, contrary to what self-claimed experts were trying to create a gloomy picture of the market, the market would not crash instead it will be on wheels sooner than later.
With the latest numbers out from Toronto Real Estate Board, the average home selling price last month (June 2020) rose almost 12% up.

Good news, especially for faith communities, amid coronavirus pandemic, Ontario is reopening the places of worship from Friday, June 12, 2020, across the province, with social distancing in place and not more than 30% of capacity.
All other facilities in Toronto city and most of the areas surrounding GTA and GTAH would still have to wait until June 19th, or until according to the news.
